Since I was a young girl, I have felt my life purpose is to help people. Becoming a doctor felt like the best way to do that. I believe family medicine and primary care are the heart of medicine. But, within the constraints of our current healthcare system, I could not practice medicine the way I had always intended. So, I started Embrace to allow me to focus on what matters most: you.

I feel honored to listen to your story and learn what you know about your body and health, so we can work together to develop an action plan and help you reach your health goals. I will take the time to ensure you feel seen, heard, and understood at every visit.

At Embrace, we maintain a small patient panel of 250-350 patients per clinician, compared to thousands in corporate care models. This ensures we can be available to you for same or next-day appointments and have time to be advocates for you and your well-being.
